A journey through flavours

With the search for fresh and simple ingredients, the combination of flavours and a pleasant aesthetic touch, we give shape to a special food and wine experience, all dedicated to you. We have a strong connection to the territory and we share it with you, starting from the choice of raw ingredients: the freshly harvested products of the land, the catch of the day, the meat from local farms. Everything that we put out on our table is prepared with our own hands, with the exception of bread: we entrust that to the expert hands of zia Civita. Our land also inspired our choice of name: Riso Amaro is a clear tribute to the director Giuseppe De Santis, who featured some of his beloved Fondi in every film he has made.
